Sales Coordinator Position
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently respond to online and telephone enquiries and/ or complaints in a professional manner
- Tracking of Sales Orders and ensure that goods are shipped out on time for Customers
- Issuing of Delivery Orders and Invoices for Customers
- Handling of Sales Quotation enquiries
- Sourcing of competitive rates from Suppliers
- Attend to walk-in customers and be able promote products
- Coordinating internally between Store and Purchasing Department to ensure efficient flow of goods
- Providing support to Outdoor Sales Coordinators
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant role
- Prior experience in Hardware, Construction industry will be an added advantage
- At least an SPM holder
- Possess a keen sense of responsibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
